Meals on Wheels of Southwest OH & Northern KY (MOW) is seeking a Community-Based Social Worker to join our Case Management Department. The role involves developing needs assessments and care plans for seniors to promote independence, coordinating with the multidisciplinary team, and supporting clients in budgeting and money management.
