Our culture is grounded in: Safety Collaboration Autonomy Respect What You’ll Do Provide individual, family, children, and/or couples therapy Develop and implement treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate documentation Collaborate with clinicians and participate in consultation Support ethical, client-centered care What We’re Looking For Active Wisconsin license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) Comfortable with a range of populations (or open to expanding) Willingness to work at least one evening per week Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Alignment with trauma-informed, collaborative care Preferred (not required) Credentialed with insurance panels, Medicaid, or Medicare Schedule & Flexibility Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM You’ll have autonomy to build a schedule that works for you and your clients.
