Travel/Local Skilled Nursing RN Position

Travel/Local Skilled Nursing RN position for a 13-week assignment near Cincinnati, Ohio. Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Earn competitive pay and benefit from comprehensive coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient histories, assessments, and care provided in accordance with facility protocols
• Maintain accurate records of medication administration and treatment updates
• Execute rotating shift schedules, including weekends and on-call responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio RN License
• BLS Certification
• IV Certification
• Minimum 2 years of SNF experience
• Strong knowledge of long-term care settings
• Familiarity with rotating shift schedules
• Ability to work rotating weekends and call every other 3rd weekend
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Physical stamina to work 12-hour shifts
