Business Analyst III

What You’ll Do

• Stay abreast of the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Gather and analyze deployment requirements across multiple workstreams.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings effectively.
• Document and communicate the results of your efforts to stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and the program management team.
• Gather critical deployment information from various stakeholders to align deployment interdependencies.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, operations, and managerial staff.
• Ensure deployment solutions meet defined business needs and requirements.
• Communicate technical specification changes and document progress against planned milestones.
• Develop integration test plans for infrastructure systems across internal and external environments.
• Perform data mapping from client server applications based on end-user requirements.
• Execute end-user acceptance testing as a key member of the project team.
• Validate data across an IT architecture solution, ensuring end-to-end integrity.
• Update and maintain best practices and procedures for infrastructure.
• Prioritize initiatives based on critical business needs and requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between program stakeholders and end-users.
• Guide standardization and IT testing best practices with cross-functional teams.
• Adhere to change management and sustainability internal practices.
• Evaluate business processes related to infrastructure devices, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing solutions.
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies related to deployment for the long-term program benefit.
• Monitor and report project stakeholder changes across workstreams.

What You’ll Bring

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Solid knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Strong ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
• Strong ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
• Previous experience with standard business applications and data analysis tools.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or a relevant field is required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience is required.
