Overview Housekeeping helps families who don’t have time to clean their own homes. In this role you will learn to clean houses using our proven process and delight customers with a simple system that keeps them returning. No Experience Required! You will receive training, supplies, appointments, and a uniform. Full‑time. No nights, weekends, or holidays. You will have a stable and consistent schedule. Earn a guaranteed minimum wage of $14.00 per hour with the ability to earn up to $800.00 per week. With a valid driver’s license and a company car you can earn even more. Benefits & Pay Your cleaning supplies, training, appointments, and uniform are provided. Company car available while you work. Advancement opportunities – promotion from within. Minimum guaranteed wage: $14.00 per hour. Potential to earn up to $22.00 per hour depending on experience, quality, and speed. Responsibilities Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – follow our process to keep them delighted, and you may earn tips. Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – show care for their home. Team Lead Responsibilities (Driving Our Vehicle) Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely. Maintain equipment and keep the car stocked with housekeeping supplies. Complete a background check. Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks. Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45 am to 5 pm.
