Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Our office is located in Houston, TX. Our office is open 9am – 6pm Mon thru Thurs; 9 – 5 Fri; and Sat by appointment. We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
