Youth & Teen Programs Director

The National Council of Young Men’s Christian Associations of the United States of America is seeking a Program Director to develop and oversee youth and teen programs that meet community needs. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating programs while managing budgets and collaborating with staff. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in youth development or related fields. Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills are essential.
