The Role As a Product Success Associate you’ll be our frontline hero, solving problems for users as part of our New York based team. The position is fast‑paced and high‑impact: about 80 % support and 20 % cross‑team collaboration. You will help clients from legal, accountancy, consulting and financial services unlock value from our platform, while providing feedback that shapes the product. Over the first 12 months you will become a technical, autonomous operator who can tackle almost any support query. Who You’ll Work With External customers from legal, accountancy, consulting and financial services who design and visualise complex business diagrams. They face challenges around data visualisation, workflow efficiency and system comprehension. Internal teams including Customer Success, Sales, Technical Operations, Engineering and Product. You will bridge product development and customer needs, influencing feature development and ensuring the platform meets evolving requirements. What You’ll Be Doing Handle high‑volume, high‑velocity customer interactions – responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues and solving real‑world problems. Work on product initiatives – provide feedback on development, identify common needs and contribute to feature launches. Serve as the glue between Product and Business Development, ensuring alignment between customer needs and platform evolution. Contribute to Jigsaw’s reputation for world‑class support – deliver best‑in‑class service that drives customer satisfaction and retention. What Skills Will You Develop Customer‑facing expertise – a deep understanding of customer needs and mastering empathy in high‑pressure situations. Technical skills – hands‑on use of Azure, SQL and web‑dev tools. This exposure prepares you for future roles such as Solution Engineering. Cross‑functional collaboration – build an understanding of how different business units align to deliver outcomes and business goals. What You’ll Collaborate On Product marketing & education – help customers understand new features and best practices. Sales support – collaborate with Business Development to provide product insights and ensure sales materials reflect customer needs. Product & bug tracking – provide feedback to Product and Engineering to resolve issues and prioritise improvements.
