Location: Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW), TX

Compensation: Up to 50% Commission | $150,000–$250,000+ Annual Income Potential | Unlimited Earnings

Responsibilities

• Generate residential and commercial roofing opportunities

• Perform roof inspections and customer consultations

• Build referral partners and networking relationships

• Develop and grow your local market

• Manage customer relationships from initial contact through project completion

• Coordinate with internal production and operations teams

• Drive business development through self-generated leads

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity .

Commission Highlights:

• Up to 50% commission on residential roofing projects

• Up to 45% commission on qualifying commercial roofing projects

• Increased incentives for self-generated business

• No earning cap

• Unlimited income potential

Top-performing Market Partners have the potential to earn $150,000–$250,000+ annually , depending on sales volume, project mix, self-generated business, and overall performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of roofing sales experience

• Residential and/or commercial roofing experience

• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

• Project management experience is a plus

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
