Support Engineer

Job Description Position: B2B Support Consultant Location: Remote ( US) Duration: 6 months Note - Only resources with valid work permit in US are encouraged to apply. Experience Two (2) years with IBM Sterling B2Bi/PCM and Tidal TWA application experience required. Five (5) years' AIX, Linux Server, and SFTP Server experience and five (5) years' experience in Unix scripting and maintaining scheduled services. Two (2) years customer service experience in claims management or insurance environment preferred. Experience with enterprise class scheduling and file transfer software preferred. Skills & Knowledge 2 years' IBM Sterling B2Bi/PCM and Tidal TWA application experience preferred. 5 years' UNIX/Linux administration/navigational knowledge 5 years' SFTP and FTP server administration 2 years' experience working out of a ticket queue with defined SLAs. 2 years' experience with SQL queries in Oracle and MS SQL Ability to maintain scheduled jobs in high data flow environment. Knowledge of networking protocols, FTP, and SFTP Knowledge of file encryption software Ability to work effectively in a high change environment. PC literate, including Microsoft Office products. Analytical and interpretive skills Strong organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation skills Ability to work in a team environment.
