This is a 13-week contract position.

Days Shift

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a contract position. The role includes providing care and treatment to patients in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals through therapeutic intervention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide interventions and training to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

The candidate must possess a valid Occupational Therapist license and relevant clinical experience.
