Process Engineer

We seek a results‑driven Process Engineer to bridge Engineering, Production and Quality. Responsibilities Lead implementation of new processes, ensuring compliance with GMP and SQF standards, and driving productivity, quality and cost optimization. Develop and monitor Amboy KPIs and key process parameters to improve throughput, eliminate bottlenecks, reduce downtime and shorten turnaround times in line with yearly savings and productivity targets. Identify cost‑reduction and resource‑efficiency opportunities, owning their development and monitoring for the site. Support capital project planning, providing input to capital plans and business cases that involve productivity, cost savings or resource‑efficiency improvements. Troubleshoot Amboy processes, determining root causes for first‑pass quality failures. Apply Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies to drive process improvement (training provided or required if not certified). Qualifications BS in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering is preferred. Experience in a food manufacturing environment, with knowledge of GMPs and food‑safety practices. Demonstrated history of successful project implementation. Strong communication skills with peers, management, plant staff and contractors. Ability to multi‑task across numerous projects and respond to urgency. Effective analytical and problem‑solving skills.
