Project Manager I

Focusing on acquisition onboarding for clients, the full-time remote Project Manager I will manage client onboarding processes, maintain work schedules, and ensure timely project deliverables while utilizing agile methodologies and risk management practices. Key responsibilities Onboard clients effectively using agile and change management best practices Maintain and adjust project schedules to ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables Identify and address project risks through action plans and effective communication with stakeholders Required qualifications At least 2 years of project management experience, preferably in client onboarding or benefits administration Bachelor's degree strongly preferred Strong quantitative and analytical skills to identify risks and efficiency opportunities Fluency with Microsoft Office tools and project management systems Experience supporting multiple projects with successful outcomes across scope and quality
