IT Technician - Onsite

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused IT Support Technician to assist with day-to-day IT operations in an onsite environment. This role will support device preparation, equipment inventory, and general IT support activities while ensuring end users receive timely, professional assistance. The ideal candidate is organized, technically capable, and comfortable following established procedures while escalating issues to the appropriate teams when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Image and configure laptops and tablets for deployment, ensuring devices are prepared for end-user use.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, tracking, and managing IT equipment and inventory.
• Maintain an organized IT storage area and assist with equipment cleanup and general inventory organization.
• Follow direction from the IT Support Supervisor to complete daily assignments and operational tasks.
• Provide professional, customer-focused support to end users, demonstrating strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Document incoming support requests accurately and route issues to the appropriate IT support teams.
• Recognize issues requiring additional assistance and elevate them to the appropriate technical teams.
• Support general IT operations and perform miscellaneous technical and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ certification preferred, or 1–2 years of relevant IT support or technical experience.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and device configuration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when handling equipment and inventory.
• Ability to follow instructions, manage assigned tasks, and work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous call center, help desk, or phone-based technical support experience is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Location

• Location: Onsite in Diamond Bar, California.
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with a standard 8-hour shift scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM.
• Overtime: May be required based on business needs.
• Evening Shifts: Occasional evening shifts may be required with advance notice.
