We’re seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Financial Planner to join our growing team and play a central role in delivering comprehensive financial planning to our clients. This role blends technical expertise, client relationship management, and leadership. You’ll manage day-to-day client communication, lead annual review preparation and presentation, mentor junior team members, and help grow the business through COI relationships, networking, and referrals from existing clients. What You’ll Do Client Planning & Communication Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients’ goals, timelines, risk tolerance, and investment preferences Build personalized financial plans addressing income sources, debt, retirement timing, inheritance, business succession, withdrawal strategy, and tax implications Investment Management Advise on investment strategy, asset allocation, and portfolio management Monitor markets and economic trends to inform recommendations Risk Management Evaluate insurance needs and recommend solutions (life, disability, long-term care) Tax Planning Partner with clients and tax professionals to optimize strategy Stay current on tax law changes Estate Planning Guide clients on wills, trusts, gifting, and succession planning Translate complex strategies into clear, actionable guidance Leadership & Growth Mentor and develop team members Expand COI relationships and generate new business through networking and referrals If you’re a seasoned advisor ready to make a real impact on clients’ financial futures, we’d love to hear from you.
