The Night Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional overnight guest service while accurately completing the hotel's night audit process. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests during overnight hours and supports the Front Office by balancing daily transactions, preparing reports, responding to guest needs, and ensuring the safety and security of the hotel.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, guest-focused, and comfortable working independently during overnight shifts. This position requires professionalism, accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to create a welcoming experience for guests at all hours.

Essential job functions include:

• Guest service and front desk operations
• Night audit and reporting
• Safety, security, and property support
• Teamwork and communication

Requirements include:

• Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or guest service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers, reports, and guest accounts
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight hours
• Excellent guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle guest concerns with patience, professionalism, and urgency
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical demands include:

• Ability to stand, walk, and remain at the front desk for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds as needed
• Use of computers, phones, printers, and standard office equipment

Work environment includes:

• Overnight schedule required
• Work is primarily performed at the front desk and throughout hotel public areas
• May require working alone or with limited overnight staffing
