We're looking for an enthusiastic, bilingual Human Resources Generalist who is passionate about people and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. In this role, you'll help shape the employee journeyfrom recruiting and onboarding to employee engagement and HR initiativeswhile making a lasting impact on our culture and team member experience.
What You'll Do
- Recruit and attract exceptional hospitality talent.
- Create welcoming, engaging onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success.
- Partner with department leaders to support staffing strategies and workforce planning.
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and engaging workplace culture.
- Support employee relations, recognition programs, and HR initiatives.
- Help drive team member engagement while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to projects that enhance the overall employee experience.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- A collaborative, approachable HR professional with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive problem solver who enjoys building relationships and helping others succeed.
- Previous Human Resources experience, preferably in hospitality or a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
- Create job postings, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage hiring logistics
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new team members
- Support team members and managers with HR-related questions and guidance
- Assist with employee relations, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs
- Partner with department leaders on staffing needs and workforce planning
- Support HR projects, training programs, compliance initiatives, and process improvements
- Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with California labor laws, company policies, and hiring practices
- Translate and communicate HR information clearly in both English and Spanish
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- 4+ years of Human Resources experience preferred
- Recruiting and onboarding experience strongly preferred
- Hospitality or resort experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems
