Key Responsibilities\n- \n

Your practice will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their challenges, using a strengths-based approach that fosters resilience and empowers them in their journeys towards recovery.
Qualifications\n- \n
- An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. \n
- A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with a diverse clientele. \n
- Empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude are essential to understanding and supporting clients’ unique experiences. \n
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseload and complete administrative tasks. \n

- The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications. \n
