Onsite Technician

Jennings, LA

Responsibilities

  • Visit customers' homes to install, troubleshoot, and repair technical products like TVs, computers, and smart home devices.
  • Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service to assist clients with their technology needs.
  • Ensure effective setup and connectivity of customer devices within their home networks.
  • Educate customers on how to use installed products and provided services for maximum benefit.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and service records of all customer interactions and installations.

  • Proven technical proficiency in handling modern tech gadgets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle a flexible work schedule
