Outpatient Psychiatry opening in Oregon -Located in La Grande, OR.-Full-Time & Permanent. Professional Details: -Integrated Outpatient Behavioral Health Primary Care Clinic.-Four 10-hour days per week.-Average 12-16 patients per day.-1:1 Clinical Support Staff.-Team shared phone call for established patients only.-Fulltime, permanent.-EPIC EMR. Oregon Tax Credit: The State of Oregon offers an income tax credit of $5,000 for physicians practicing in La Grande, which is equivalent to earning another estimated $9,930 in base salary not reflected in the numbers above. [The Credit is applied to Oregon taxes before FICA tax and the estimate is based on tax brackets of 9% for State, 33% for Federal, 1.45% for Medicare and 6.2% for FICA.] Location: We are located in Northeast Oregon, nestled within the mountain ranges that dominate our landscape Blue Mountains to the west and Eagle Caps to the southeast.
