Lead Two High-Performing Ambulatory Surgery Centers We are seeking an experienced ASC Administrator to oversee operations across two established ambulatory surgery centers. About the Opportunity This role provides leadership oversight for two high-performing ambulatory surgery centers with a strong reputation for quality outcomes, physician satisfaction, and employee engagement. The centers include a specialized surgical facility with a focus in ophthalmology and a multispecialty surgical center, providing a diverse clinical environment and an opportunity to support multiple service lines. The facilities include 7 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms Approximately 1,600+ cases performed monthly across both centers Strong financial performance with multi-million-dollar monthly revenue Experienced physicians, clinical teams, and support staff A culture focused on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement The incoming Administrator will lead a well-established operation with a talented team and the opportunity to continue elevating clinical, operational, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for two ASC locations. Oversee daily operations across clinical, administrative, and business functions. Partner with physicians and leadership teams to strengthen relationships and support continued growth. Drive operational improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and patient experience. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, revenue growth initiatives, expense management, and resource utilization. Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to support continued success. Lead, mentor, and develop managers and employees while fostering a culture of accountability and engagement. Support recruitment, retention, leadership development, and employee satisfaction initiatives. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards. Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize OR utilization, staffing, supplies, and workflows. Serve as a trusted leader for physicians, staff, patients, and organizational partners. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent healthcare leadership experience. 4+ years of progressive healthcare management or leadership experience. Previous ASC leadership experience strongly preferred . Strong background in budgeting, financial management, and operational strategy. Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and achieve measurable results. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Why Join This Team?
