Summary The Style Advisor delivers a personalized luxury shopping experience that reflects Zegna's menswear heritage and craftsmanship. The role builds lasting client relationships, drives sales, and supports strong customer service and store operations. Responsibilities Deliver personalized consultations and curated looks, and promote Made to Measure services. Build client relationships through networking, CRM follow-ups, and personalized selling. Develop product and craftsmanship knowledge, use digital tools, and provide after-sales service. Contribute to sales and service KPIs, share customer insights, and support store operations. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or client-focused sales. Proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms, and knowledge of clienteling practices. Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills. Commitment to learning, personal growth, and delivering exceptional service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
