What this job involves - This role is a strategic position supporting the Project Development Services (PDS) Sales and Solutions Development Teams. The incumbent is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive project and program management solutions for design and construction initiatives across global geographies, asset classes and industries.What is your day-to-day?Supports the PDS Sales and Solutions Development TeamsImplements end to end pursuit and proposal management strategies and applies the appropriate amount of rigor to ensure all deliverables are at top quality.Develops comprehensive project and program management solutions for design and construction initiatives for clients.Creates and pitches sales proposals for effective project and program management methodologies in the construction industry.Adapts management strategies to accommodate regional differences in construction practices and regulations.Applies market research on regional/programs construction trends and client needs to inform solution development.Collaborates with global teams to ensure consistent yet locally relevant delivery approachDevelops KPIs and metrics to measure the success of management in construction contextsFacilitates workshops with clients to identify pain points in their current management processesCreates case studies and ROI analyses to demonstrate the value of proposed approachAdvises on change management strategies to help clients improve their management practicesStays updated on JLL construction technologies and integrates them into management solutionsDevelops strategies to manage complex stakeholder relationships in multinational initiativesCreates frameworks for risk management and quality assuranceAdvises on commercial/ contract structures that support efficient delivery of projects and programsCollaborates with legal teams to ensure compliance with international construction laws and standardsDevelops methodologies for integrating sustainability practices into management for constructionCreates solutions for seamless communication between delivery and services teams in global initiativesAnalyzes and optimizes resource planning across global design and construction projects and programsDevelops strategies for aligning multiple projects within a program to achieve client objectives (programmatic project delivery)Creates methodologies for effective portfolio management of construction projects and programsAdvises on governance structures for large-scale construction programs spanning multiple regionsDevelops frameworks for benefits realization and value management across projects and programsThis role requires 25% travelSkills/Experience:Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred10+ years experience in Commercial Construction and Project Management5+ years experience in Corporate Real EstateExpert knowledge of commercial and pricing frameworks relevant in construction and project management industryExpert communicator across mediums, with ability to interact effectively at C-suite levelExperience in sales processes, value proposition articulation, and trusted advisor relationship buildingAdaptable, quick-thinking problem-solver with entrepreneurial driveDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skillsTech-savvy with business analytics knowledgeCross-cultural competence and experience in global, matrix environmentsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
