We have a strong reputation in the Pittsburgh area for helping customers and developing our employees through high-level communication, negotiation, and leadership coaching. This position involves face-to-face customer interaction using company-provided, qualified leads, no cold calling and no canvassing.

Responsibilities of a Sales Development Representative

• Customer acquisition through warm, pre-qualified leads
• Account retention and relationship management
• Sales negotiation and service explanation
• One-on-one customer presentations
• Face-to-face interactions with interested customers no cold calling, or canvassing
• Supporting territory and client growth initiatives
