Product Manager, YouTube Shopping Ads

Develop a deep understanding of ad formats, creative assets, buying experiences, the ad serving stack including retrieval, creative selection, bidding, and conversion modeling.Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including a large engineering team, data science, product analytics, and Global Product Lead (GPL) as well as advertisers themselves to keep a pulse on their needs and the broader advertising marketplace ecosystem.Drive cross-product area collaboration with other Ads and Organic Shopping teams, influencing strategy and roadmap effectively.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).Experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows.Preferred qualifications:Master's degree in a technology or business related field.5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.3 years of experience in software development or engineering.3 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical leadership.At Google, we put our users first. You will help create experiences to unlock existing and new advertiser demands.In this role, you will be at the forefront of one of YouTube's major shopping frontiers, creator content.
