Project Manager II

Managing key PMO functions in a remote capacity, the full-time Project Manager II will develop executive-ready dashboards and reports, support project governance, and enhance PMO maturity through the implementation of scalable project management processes and tools. Key responsibilities Develop and implement PMO methodologies, dashboards, and reporting structures to improve project management practices Perform data analysis and create custom performance reports to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring adherence to project management best practices Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in social services, public health, business administration, or a related field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a human services or public health-related field Experience managing 3-5 projects using established project management methodologies Demonstrated experience in analyzing and reporting on large datasets, including developing dashboards and performance metrics
