Assembly Technician

Pay: $23.50–$25.50/hr + $3.00/hr Shift Differential

Schedule: Full-Time, Night Shift 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (Overtime is anticipated and may be required based on production needs)

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools
• Follow work instructions, schematics, and assembly procedures
• Install and secure parts including bolts, screws, shafts, and bearings
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

• Mechanical assembly experience
• Blueprint or schematic reading
• Electrical assembly experience
• Manufacturing equipment operation

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO.

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $28.50/hr.
