Maxx Fitness Clubzz is looking for a committed, friendly, upbeat individual to become a part of our fitness team!If you are looking to share a passion for fitness, than this is the perfect job for you!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for providing the first positive impression of the Maxx Fitness facility;Interact with customers by telephone and in person to provide information about our memberships and services.Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems;Complete membership forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using check-in computers;Contact customers to respond to inquiries;Maintaining a clean facility;Create rapport with customers that may lead to sales of new memberships or additional services or products.Physical Functions:Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift;Open Availability To Work 20-40 hours each week.A High School Diploma Or Equivalent requiredCertified Fitness Trainers or Instructors PreferredConversant in Spanish preferred.The job requirements list is not a complete description of responsibilities, but the list reflects the general qualifications, duties and/or responsibilities necessary to perform this position.
