HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your Role:

• Provides administrative support
• Answers telephones, greets visitors and customers with courtesy and respect, disseminates information, maintains filing systems, maintains office supplies and equipment, creates databases, enters "want lists" into the Infor system to generate purchase orders (PO), inputs and merges data, identifies opportunities to improve patient safety, and participates in projects and programs designed to reduce error and improve safety.
• Performs duties professionally and proficiently while supporting day-to-day Plant Engineering and Parking Deck operations.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., certificate of high school equivalency).

Required Experience: Two (2) years of job-related experience.
