Travel Physical Therapist - $2,452 per week

Job Overview Travel Physical Therapist in Saluda, North Carolina. 13‑week assignment, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour days. Travel position. Responsibilities Provide evaluation, development, and execution of patient care plans for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. Oversee and supervise PTAs and therapy support staff. Handle billing and adhere to facility guidelines. Understand and comply with PT board rules and state regulations. Collaborate with hospital personnel and physicians to ensure team‑focused care plans. Use adaptive equipment appropriately. Evaluate patients, create and modify care plans based on patient conditions. Use hospital computer systems for daily tasks. Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner according to state and insurance guidelines. Qualifications Minimum 6 months of clinical experience (new graduates encouraged). Valid BLS certification and state licensing. Physical stamina: ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for extended periods. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Additional certifications may be required prior to assignment.
