Summary Immediate need for two bilingual Spanish data entry specialists in the Customer Service Department. The role involves processing client purchase orders into our order database in a timely and accurate manner, with occasional direct client communication to clarify faxed or emailed data. The position offers potential growth for assertive, committed individuals. Responsibilities Transfer data from faxes and emails into our order database system. Handle high volume of inbound orders while maintaining accuracy and efficiency standards. Verify customer requests. Inform department supervisor of any order problems. Research and resolve potential order issues based on customer requests. Focus on customer satisfaction. Maintain a high level of attention to detail. Desired Skills and Qualifications Bilingual Spanish (required). Associate degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years’ experience. Multitasker, independent thinker, and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, exciting work environment. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Reliable and punctual attendance.
