Position Summary

The Passenger Services Supervisor / Coordinator (PRM) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a specific shift operation. This includes managing staff, ensuring accurate timekeeping, coordinating workloads, and properly utilizing company and client equipment.

All operational discrepancies must be reported to the Operations Manager and/or General Manager.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent Previous supervisory or management experience in a shift-work environment required Strong verbal and written communication skills Must have reliable transportation and a working cell phone

Physical & Personal Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, lift, and bend throughout the shift Ability to interact professionally with clients, employees, and the public Maintain confidentiality at all times Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings Must pass a criminal background check and obtain airport security badge Must be authorized to work in the United States Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support Passenger Services Agents during assigned shift Perform duties of frontline staff when necessary Ensure compliance with company, client, and government regulations Create daily schedules and manage staffing levels Monitor employee activity and adjust assignments as needed Audit employee timekeeping and check-in/out records Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and leadership Report incidents, safety hazards, and operational issues promptly Track employee locations at 15-minute intervals throughout the shift Ensure gates are properly staffed prior to boarding and deplaning Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Prepare and submit accurate shift reports before shift end Provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action when necessary Conduct quality assurance checks to meet client standards Promote a positive and professional work environment Lead by example with professionalism, fairness, and accountability Assist with wheelchair services only as needed (last resort) Perform additional duties as assigned
