Job Description
All managers are held accountable and responsible for financial metrics of their respective locations.
SALES/ REVENUE
By ensuring proper training, steps of service, suggestive selling and create a WOW environment for your guests.
COST OF SALES
Appropriate portioning (See specs) , presentation of food, rotation of food(flipping rice bottom to top , plastic ware for each order, marking all orders.
CLEANLINESS AND SANITATION
Manger should do a entire walk of the building, outside (front and side) and inside. And then they should do hourly walk checking for front tables, trash, furniture, restrooms, napkin dispensers.
EQUIPMENT
Patty case and jerk case should be turned on at 10:30 am . The dining room lights should be turned on after 10:30. Replenishment of all beverages should be done before end of shift.
CASH MGT
Short/Over Cash that is the difference between the cash taken V/S cash reported from the POS should not exceed 0.001%.
UNIFORM
All front of the house should look neat and tidy with proper iron clean attire and proper non slip shoes.
GOGS/COL
The managers will be looking over cost of labor and cost of food.
