Registered Nurse - Med-Surg

Weekly Monday Orientations, 19:00 - 07:00 shift with a rotating weekend schedule. Guaranteed hours of 36 per week.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Med-Surg unit, primarily serving adult and geriatric patients. This position involves providing high-quality care, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal treatment plans are followed.

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a Med-Surg setting.

Monitor and document patient health status, including vital signs and responses to treatments.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following established protocols.

Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic health record system (Meditech).

Minimum of 2 years of Med-Surg experience required.

Current BLS certification is required.

Registered Nurse license in the relevant state is required.
