About the Position

Job Description:

• Provide direct patient care in a combined Medical-Surgical and Telemetry unit.

• Monitor patients’ vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and respond to changes promptly.

• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.

• Document patient care and progress in EMR accurately.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and disease management.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Active RN license in [State].

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in Med-Surg/Telemetry nursing.

• BLS/ACLS certification required.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
