We’re looking for an enthusiastic, service-focused Front Desk Agent to join our guest services team! This role requires weekend availability and covers a 7 AM to 3 PM shift or a 3 PM to 11 PM shift.
In this role, you’ll be the face of the hotel—welcoming guests, managing reservations, answering questions, and resolving concerns to ensure every stay is a great one. If you enjoy working with people and thrive in a positive, team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you.
$18 per hour
Eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment
Compensation:$18 hourly
Responsibilities:- Provide every guest with a warm welcome during check-in and a smooth departure experience at check-out, ensuring accurate room assignments and key distribution
- Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Answer incoming calls and assist guests with questions about bookings, rates, amenities, availability, rewards programs, and special requests (in person, online, and by phone)
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for arriving guests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest account information and assist with general bookkeeping tasks
- 1+ year of hotel or related experience preferred
- Comfortable handling phone calls and high-pressure situations
- Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and time management skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation systems
The My Place Hotel in Kalispell is an extended-stay hotel property that focuses on year-round high occupancy with both off-season extended-stay guests and leisure guests during the peak season. A fun work atmosphere combined with a great group of teammates who do everything they can to ensure each guest has a great experience from check-in to check-out.
