Suggests modifications to protocols or alternative protocols for experiments. Troubleshoots routine problems and contributes to initiatives related to continuous improvement or development of new approaches/technologies. Works independently on some deliverables and otherwise under limited supervision. May act as a technical point within own work group/project team. Acts as a functional mentor to more junior team members. May represent department or function on program/project team or sub-team. Compensation Overview: Brisbane – CA – US: $141,310 – $171,238. The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
