We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join a fast-paced, onsite office environment within the automotive industry. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operational workflows, ensuring accuracy in documentation, financial processing, and customer/account records.

This position is Monday–Friday, standard business hours, onsite , with overtime required during peak periods, month-end close, and high-volume processing cycles .

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain accurate vehicle and account documentation within internal systems
• Support financial and operational data entry related to customer accounts and transactions
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy
• Assist with account-related processing, record updates, and system maintenance
• Support reporting, audits, and month-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry requirements
• Handle high-volume administrative workflows with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide general office and operational support as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in administrative support, operations support, or financial processing roles
• Automotive industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, repetitive processes
• Comfortable working in structured, deadline-driven environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
