Property Management / Maintenance Coordinator Key Responsibilities Maintenance Coordinator/Property Management Assistant Seeking a Property Maintenance Coordinator/Management Assistant with prior multifamily property management experience to support maintenance operations across a residential portfolio. Responsibilities Support Property Managers with daily maintenance operations. Coordinate schedules and assignments for Maintenance Technicians. Manage work orders, purchase orders, and maintenance tracking in AppFolio. Serve as a primary contact for residents, vendors, and contractors. Coordinate vendor access and maintenance appointments. Track technician labor hours and maintenance reporting. Order supplies and assist with inventory management. Support maintenance projects, budgeting, and operational reporting. Occasionally visit properties to assist with maintenance-related needs. Qualifications Prior experience supporting maintenance operations in a multifamily property management environment required. Working knowledge of work order management, apartment turnovers, vendor coordination, and building maintenance operations. Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Experience with property management software; AppFolio experience strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Ability to work effectively with residents, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
