About the job As a Field Regional Marketing Manager, you will be a vital on-the-ground anchor connecting Google to local stakeholders and communities. Your primary mandate is to help local teams demonstrate Google’s commitment to their communities while maintaining marketing creative, assets, and channels. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $116000 - $166000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits Responsibilities Provide marketing support for community-facing events, like town halls, educational open houses, and sustainability roundtables. Create and manage bespoke educational and community marketing programs where appropriate. Manage end-to-end logistics for locally focused activities, including managing live event setups, ordering merchandise, and managing vendors when needed. Refine and deploy mobile demos and educational exhibits at state events to showcase Google’s technology and community contributions. Manage and maintain localized community websites, stories, and newsletters to keep residents updated on regional investments and hiring programs. Serve as the lead marketing presence across regional hubs, forging relationships with internal leaders and providing materials online, in person, and at events. Identify, negotiate, and execute community event sponsorships and events.
