As a full time, exempt Director of Pharmacy at River Valley Behavioral you will oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs with assistance from a full support team. We prioritize your needs, offering a full continuum of evidence-based services tailored to you and delivered by a caring and dedicated team of professionals. Schedule: Mon-Friday 8-4:30 with on call evenings and weekends. Primary Responsibilities Supervises the maintenance and dissemination of drug information through in-service education of hospital personnel, consultation with patients, hospital staff, and medical staff. Actively assists staff pharmacists in the discharge of routing duties as necessary. Directs the activities of and provides professional and technical guidance to pharmacy personnel. Required Qualifications BS or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy Licensed pharmacist in the State of KY in good standing 2+ years recent pharmacy experience in a hospital setting Preferred Qualifications 3+ years Hospital experience 1+ years of Pharmacy Management Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
