About the Team As a Product Manager for Hygieia, you will own the product strategy and technical roadmap for a mission-critical distributed system that serves as the backbone of our CI/CD data ecosystem. Managing a complex architecture of microservices, batch collectors, and real-time APIs, you will be responsible for the high-integrity telemetry that fuels automated release decisioning across the enterprise. This role goes beyond maintenance; you will lead the strategic modernization of Hygieia, driving the transition toward a next-generation ecosystem capable of processing millions of daily requests with increased scalability and lower latency. You will act as the primary bridge between raw pipeline data and automated governance, ensuring that as our infrastructure evolves, our data collection remains the source of truth for every software release. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management Plano, TX: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
