The Roofing Sales Team Lead will oversee a small team of 1-5 members, directing sales efforts primarily toward new customer acquisition in the roofing industry. This role involves strategizing sales approaches, driving client growth, and fostering team development to meet company goals. Occasional travel is expected to support sales and client engagement activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small sales team of 1-5 members
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies focused on new customer acquisition
- Drive client acquisition efforts to expand the customer base
- Provide training and development to enhance team performance
- Generate and qualify sales leads to support business growth
- Support occasional travel requirements for client meetings and sales events
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in roofing sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
