TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Quincy, Illinois, 62301!

Job Title: Emergency Room Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 Hour Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Certification, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: AHA ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC, NIHSS At least 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience Ability to start as soon as possible Description: Attention: 4 hours of billable computer modules are required. Modules are delivered Monday and Tuesday during the week prior to start. The 4 hours should be added to the first week's timesheet. This is an immediate need. The RN must be able to start as soon as possible. The unit averages 120 patients per day, ranging from 100 to 140. Staffing is based on average daily census with various shift ranges. Nurses work on assignments in a pod nursing model. The facility is a Level 2 Trauma Center and a Level 2 Stroke Center. It is also chest pain accredited. The center provides full treatment for sexual assault survivors. Cancellation policy allows for 3 shifts per 13-week contract or 2 shifts per 12-week contract. Charting system used is EPIC. A BSN is not required for this position.
