Assistant Coach - Boys Golf - HS An athletic coach with Douglas County School District will be responsible for organizing and implementing a successful golf program that fosters student-athlete academics, fundamental skills, and sportsmanship. The successful candidate will collaborate with administrators, teachers, coaches, sponsors, students, parents, and the community to ensure the school stands out with pride. Responsibilities Develop a competitive golf program, lead training sessions, manage equipment, schedule practices and competitions, and contribute to student‑athlete development. Qualifications Previous coaching experience preferred. High School diploma or equivalent (required). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Compensation Minimum Hire Rate: $0.01 USD (Stipend) Maximum Hire Rate: $5,000.00 USD (Stipend) Full Salary Range: $0.01 USD – $10,000.00 USD (Stipend) All salary amounts are based on a full‑time (1.0) FTE; part‑time salaries will be prorated.
