Job Summary As a Production Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our operations, fabricating and assembling custom signs, graphics, and displays using cutting-edge equipment and materials. Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment such as printers, cutters, laminators, and routers to produce signs, banners, decals, and other visual products. Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, and assembling components to meet design specifications. Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure accuracy and durability. Collaborate with designers, sales team, and installers to fulfill client orders efficiently. Maintain inventory of supplies and organize the production area for optimal workflow. Assist with packaging and shipping completed products, ensuring safe handling. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs. Contribute to team huddles, sharing ideas for process improvements and supporting colleagues. Requirements Tangibles: Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable working vehicle for occasional errands or material pickups (mileage reimbursement provided). No criminal history; must pass a background check. Ability to pass a drug test. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle repetitive tasks. Basic computer skills for operating design software (experience in graphic production a plus; training provided).
