Advisor Technology Support Specialist

The Company: Fortune 500 Financial Services Corporation What You Will Be Doing: Serving as the first-level technology support resource for financial advisors calling in with access, login, and everyday system navigation issues—guiding them calmly and clearly to resolution. This is a customer-service-forward role with a technical flavor: you'll troubleshoot common issues, ask smart questions to find root causes, and own each interaction end-to-end, escalating when appropriate. You'll handle a high volume of inbound calls (30–50/day) while keeping every advisor productive and supported.
