Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Physical Therapist positions available at this location. Pay range for FT/PT is $40-$49 per hour depending on years of experience. Pay range for PRNs is $55-$60 per hour (availability & experience). $10K Retention Bonus is available for the full-time position only. Transfer of HB-1 Visa sponsorship available. - Providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation.
- Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician.
- Document and record the patients' condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method.
- Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.
- Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
- Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred
