Duties & Responsibilities

• Predictsfuture risks and helpsbusinesscreatepolicyto minimizecost.

• Determinesfuture risk, makes price decisions, and formulates investment strategies.

• Designs insurance, financial, pension plans and ensures that those plansmaintainedon a sound financial basis.

• Assembles andanalyzesdata to estimateprobabilitiesof an event taking place.

• Usesestimations to develop, test, and administer policies.

• Explainsresults andmakesrecommendations to the executives.

Required Skills

• Performswork with a high degree of latitude. Handles the most complex issues.Possessesexpert knowledge of subject matter. Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate a group. May act as lead or first-level supervisor.

Compensation:

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.

$104,000 - $156,000
