Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time & PRN | $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

Advanced Care of Saint Joseph | Saint Joseph, MO

Full-Time: $30–35/hour, plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus
PRN: $35–42/hour
Shift: Daytime hours

Vertical Health Services is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants to join our in-house therapy team in Saint Joseph, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 11 rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and supportive local leadership.

What You'll Do

• Assist in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
• Work under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist to support patient mobility and functional goals
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
• Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
• Use current equipment and modalities

What You'll Need

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
